Recite this after every prayer: ‘alaa-na khaflalahu ankum wa ali-ma an-na fiqum za’af, fa-inayikumminkum miyatun sabirtuyigalibu miataini wa inyak immankum alfuyigalibu alfeni bi-ijzinllhi valahu maasabireen.

7. यह अमल सिर्फ साथ रोज करना है लगातार साथ रोज पढ़िएगा। इंशा अल्लाह 7 दिन के अंदर अंदर आपकी बडी से बड़ी मुश्किल खत्म हो जाएगी।

हर नमाज के बाद इसको पढ़ें : अलआ-न खफ्फल्लाहु अनकुम व अलि-म अन-न फीकुम जअफ़, फ़-ईनयीकुम्मिनकुम मिअतुन साबिरतुयीगलीबु मिअतैनी व इंय्यक िम्मनकूम अलफुयीगलीबू अल्फेनि बि-इजजिंल्लहि वल्लाहु मआस्साबिरीन।

मतलब : अब अल्लाह ने तुम पर तख़लीफ़ (यानि कमी और नरमी) कर दी और मालूम कर लिया की तुममे हिम्मत की कमी है, तो अगर तुममे के सौ आदमी साबित कदम रहने वाले होंगे तो दो सौ पर ग़ालिब आ जाएंगे, और अगर तुममे के हज़ार होंगे तो दो हज़ार पर अल्लाह के हुक्म से ग़ालिब आ जाएंगे, और अल्लाह तआला सब्र करने वालों के साथ है।

Har Namaaj Ke Baad Isako Padhen : Ala-Na Khaphphallaahu Anakum Va Ali-Ma An-Na Pheekum Jaaf, Fa-Eenayeekumminakum Miatun Saabiratuyeegaleebu Miatainee Va Inyyak Immanakoom Alaphuyeegaleeboo Alpheni Bi-Ijajinllahi Vallaahu Maaassaabireen.

Matalab : Ab Allaah Ne Tum Par Takhaleef (Yaani Kamee Aur Naramee) Kar Dee Aur Maaloom Kar Liya Kee Tumame Himmat Kee Kamee Hai, To Agar Tumame Ke Sau Aadamee Saabit Kadam Rahane Vaale Honge To Do Sau Par Gaalib Aa Jaenge, Aur Agar Tumame Ke Hazaar Honge To Do Hazaar Par Allaah Ke Hukm Se Gaalib Aa Jaenge, Aur Allaah Taaala Sabr Karane Vaalon Ke Saath Hai.
